In a grand display of dedication and international collaboration, Strive Football Group had the privilege of welcoming Benjamin Houri, the esteemed Technical Director from the Paris Saint-Germain Academy twice in November. Houri traveled to the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Pro Campus in Greater Geneva for a first-time visit, before flying from Paris to sunny Florida to share his wisdom at the Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA Campus.

As the leading global figure in conveying the Parisian football philosophy, Houri’s role is expansive. Being able to speak both English and French enables him to seamlessly share the prestigious PSG Academy’s methodology with coaches across the globe, lead transformative training sessions, and serve as an important ambassador of the iconic Paris Saint-Germain brand. His visits are essential to the immersive experience associated with being a PSG Academy player and staff member.

Houri’s insights support our organization’s commitment to excellence on the field, as he provides both players and staff with unparalleled access to the latest in football developments and pedagogy from Paris. Houri’s hands-on approach during his visits to Greater Geneva and Florida campuses was highlighted by a rich exchange of football intellect as he also took charge of training sessions on both sites . Importantly, it was also Houri’ inaugural visit to the installations in Greater Geneva, where he discovered the state-of-the-art conditions in place.

For Strive, the honor of hosting Benjamin Houri multiple times in a single calendar year is not lost on the community. In January 2024, Benjamin will once again return to the PSG Academy USA to oversee and observe the 3rd edition of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy North America Cup, uniting 8 academies from across the U.S and Canada.
